Narrative Practice: Cat at the Beach

WALT: I can write down the sounds in words I hear and I can punctuate my writing

It was a beautiful sunny day to spend at the beach. Johnson the cat was relaxing on the hot white sand. His master was paddling in the refreshing crystal water, when suddenly his friend Byron came along. He was looking very sorry for himself.

The next day Johnson the cat went for a swim down at the beach. Suddenly he saw Byron with a sad face and then Johnson called out “why the long face”? and then Byron sadly “said because kids from my soccer team was being mean to me.

When Johnson the cat finished swimming he dried himself up and went and gave Byron a big hug and said to him “it is ok we can come to the beach  someday and play fun games” instead of playing soccer  

Adrienne's Immersion Assembly Recount

At the immersion assembly for term 4 we were learning about the adaptation of animals. All of  the the  parent,  the whole school , Barney, teachers and   prefects were there at the Immersion assembly. The message was PES Survivors.  Team 1 was learning about Animals,  Team 2 was learning about  Dinosaurs,  Team 3 was learning about  Dinosaurs,   Team 4 was learning about Adaptation and  team 5 was learning about  Human beings.

They were careless, brave, clever, calm and excited about their movie to show the whole school and for the parents to watch.

They were singing karaoke and eating noodles. The song that they were singing was the incredible Roar by Katy Perry  and also a video of Roar. But the first one to finish their noodles gets to have the toy that mr Wiseman was holding.  I felt amazed because I was learning about the adaptation of animals and also about how dinosaurs got wiped out and then there were no more Dinosaurs left they were wiped out.

Adrienne's Nesian Performance Review

Nesian Fusion performed at  Pt England School on  Friday 18th Sept 2015. They were in a dress rehearsal practice performance. I liked the way they dropped  it but kept on trying without being shy.

They were wearing  their own One Pacific Production T. Shirts.

Some of their T.Shirts were white and some were black.They were outstanding dancing with their sticks but I loved , the way Mele and Rowana tried really hard in the front of the stage.

The the  “ No to fear”  means being confident and when they dropped the Ailao and then they picked it back up and kept on spinning it. They were spinning their stick around their body and down their legs.

They were dancing with their  amazing  ailao sticks they were stars. but most of all it was Rowana and Mele  because they rocked it in the front of the stage.

Trade and Enterprise

Trade

Trade is simply when you swap something for something else. Swapping can be a good thing. Swapping means when you swap money for a new Queensland jumper, when you have a trade fair at school or you have to work to make money.

Enterprise

Enterprise means when you get a business. You have a good idea then you get to sell it. Then when you get heaps of money that means you can buy a car or a house.

Kitchen Group

I am in the kitchen group for Team 4s trade and enterprise groups. My group is making chocolate spoons with Sprinkles and Marshmallow on top of the chocolate.

Mice for sale.

This week my group has been learning about Mice for sale this is my presentation About Mice for sale.

if I had one million dollars doc.

if I had one million dollars I would go to JB-hi fi and bye my family new stuffs.

then I will go to pak n save and bye dinner and breakfast for my family to have in the morning and at night to eat because they might be hungry and they have nothing to eat.

next I will go to the warehouse and buy some new clothes for me and my family to wear I would bye new shoes to for them to wear and then I will go and buy some new socks for them to wear on their feet.

if I buyed these things for one million dollars I will share them with my friends and family to wear on their body.

my holiday recount.

In the holidays I went with my mum, dad and my brothers and sisters to my aunt's house  and when we went there we ate chocolate ice block, vanilla ice cream then after that we went to buy the baby some new cloths.

then the next day we went to the pools with my family and it was so cool because we were splashing inside the pool and my cousin came to me and tried to drown me then I swam away from him and then my uncle threw me up and then I came back down then I drowned.

then the last week of the holidays we went for a ride to the city and then when it was night time we all went back home the same time and when we got home I went to sleep until the next day we went to the airport because my brother was going to australia. the end.
